Abstracts can be solely submitted online not later than February 16th, 2024.
If you wish to present a video, please submit a short description of the content. The Organizing Secretariat will then contact you to request the link.
Once the abstract is submitted a confirmation email will be sent to the e-mail address entered in the “Personal details” section.
Should you have any problems in submitting an abstract online, please email the Organizing Secretariat at givre2024@aimgroup.eu.
Abstracts received by e-mail, fax or after the above-mentioned deadline will not be considered.
All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and assigned to the suitable session.
Notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent to the corresponding author by March 5th, 2024.
The registered author will receive all correspondence concerning the abstract and is responsible for informing co-authors of the status of the abstract.
The presenting author of the accepted abstract must be registered to attend the Congress.
