*In order to benefit from the special fee, a submission of your status confirmation (approval letter signed by the Head of Department or copy of your status ID) must be sent to the organizing secretariat by e-mail o by fax.

Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation must be sent by e-mail to givre2024@aimgroup.eu.
Cancellations received up to and including May 3rd, 2024 will entitle the participant to 70% refund. 30% will be kept by the Organizing Secretariat as expenses charge.
No refunds will be accepted for cancellations received after the above-mentioned date.
UNEXPECTED CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT OR IMPOSSIBILITY TO HOLD IT
In the unlikely case that the Vitreoretinal Surgery 2024 Congress cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of any government, etc) the Congress Organisers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as registration fee, transportation and accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage.
